Name that Café
The Academic Health Center Office of Communications invites you to participate in a naming contest for the café in the new Medical Biosciences Building.
This building is the latest addition to the Biomedical Discovery District, a $292 million state-funded investment in biomedical research that will provide state-of-the-art facilities for scientists to fight today’s health challenges. Starting December, more than 200 researchers and staff will move into the Medical Biosciences Building to research immunology, translational neuroscience, and Alzheimer's disease.
Contest rules:
- From now until Sunday, Nov. 1, submit your ideas—the more creative, the better.
- On Monday, Nov. 2, the Office of Communications will post its top choices on this contest Web site and open it up to you, for voting.
- Each person can only vote once, so spread the word.
- The polls will close at noon on Friday, Nov. 6.
- The winner will be announced in the November 11 edition of News Capsules.
